The pub and club league in conjunction with the West End Community Centre are putting on a free Christmas meal for Older People who may be on their own over Xmas or find it a lonely time as family and friends cannot get to them.

The Christmas meal will be on the 17th DECEMBER 2016 at the West End Community Centre Derby.

If you know someone living in the West End Area who may be alone over Christmas and eligible please let us know saying why you think they should be nominated.

We are also hoping to give the people coming a Christmas present if you have a small appropriate gift you‘d like to donate, or anything towards the food or would like to help by volunteering at the event it would be appreciated

Places will be limited to 60, so if you know someone you would nominate please let us know as soon as possible or can help in anyway please contact the Pub and Club Committee.

The White Swan have taken the place of the Golden Eagle (B) in the premier league

The Brick and Tile and the Golden Eagle B team have both dropped out of the Premier League

The Des Cummins cup (4s cup) is being played at courtyard.

Players must be there by 7-30pm at the latest.

Finals night is also at courtyard.
